"Good afternoon,  I hope you don’t mind my sending you this message.  I had planned on doing this some time back, but I wanted to let you know I personally feel very good about the cleaning group you have.  They make every possible effort to keep the ladies rooms extremely clean.  I am here until 5 or 5:30 p.m. everyday, and see the people working hard to keep the places clean even though we(employees) are still here and sometimes messing up the floor they just mopped clean.  The ladies room has no foul odor, and the dispensers are always kept up very well.(except when batteries die).

I appreciate the work of the crew, they really work hard to get things done, and whenever I need something they are very accommodating in keeping my room vaccumed  and dusty areas clean.  I know it is not an easy chore to clean around all our files etc. that are on our desks, but they still try to be as careful as they can be.  I just wanted you to know, my personal experience.  I never hear any complaints from any of the ladies, and believe me some are complainers.
